First list of Smarts Cities

The central government has announced the name of 20 cities to be developed as smart city from 11 eleven States and Delhi, under the Smart City Mission.

Among the 20 cities and towns, 3 cities are from Madhya Pradesh, two each from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan and one each from the remaining five made it to the winning list.
